Kim has worked in a variety of situations including work as a sales assistant at a bakery, horse riding instructor, National Parks Ranger and a Veterinarian's assistant.

Kim believes that there are many opportunities for further study, especially short courses related to the industry.

Students should keep their options open in terms of subject selection, and they should try to choose subjects that they feel would provide some benefit in the future.

Tertiary students should gain as much practical experience as they can with in their chosen field.
